• Return requests raised beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return:

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging and

condition.

• A return will not be accepted for:
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
• Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items.
• Items returned without proper authorization.

• Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds will be credited through the original payment method or via bank transfer.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
